These Terms govern your use of PeekTour, a tool for licensed real-estate agents. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. PeekTour is an Orbit Leads product.

Membership & credits

PeekTour is offered on a monthly subscription of $19.95, billed in advance and renewing automatically until canceled. AI room redesigns are paid with credits (100 credits = $1 per render), purchased separately. Credits are consumed when a redesign is generated and are non-refundable once used. You can cancel your subscription any time; access continues through the paid period.

Eligibility & acceptable use

PeekTour is for licensed real-estate professionals using it in the course of their business. You agree to use it lawfully, including compliance with fair-housing, privacy, telemarketing, and real-estate laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for obtaining any consent needed to store your clients’ information and documents.

Property data

Home information is sourced from third parties and provided “as is,” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or currency. Verify it independently before relying on it or advising a client. PeekTour is not a source of legal, tax, appraisal, title, or investment advice.

AI-generated content

Room redesigns are AI-generated, illustrative concepts only. They do not depict a home’s actual or achievable condition and must not be presented to clients or third parties as real or as a promise of results.

Your content

You retain ownership of the buyer information, notes, photos, and documents you add. You grant PeekTour a limited license to store and process that content to provide the service. You are responsible for backing up anything you need to keep.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeekTour and Orbit Leads are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using PeekTour any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law. On termination we will delete or archive your data on request, subject to legal retention requirements.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
