Privacy Policy

PeekTour (“PeekTour,” “we,” “us”) is a tool for licensed real-estate agents to organize buyers, research homes, and prepare showings. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. PeekTour is an Orbit Leads product.

Information we collect

Your account. Your name, email, phone, and login credentials when you create an agent account, and your subscription and credit-purchase records.

Data you enter about your buyers. Names, contact details, search preferences, notes, showing scores, and any documents you upload (for example a pre-approval letter or proof of funds). You control this content; you are responsible for having a lawful basis and any needed consent to store it.

Property data. When you enter a property address, we retrieve public and licensed records about that home (estimated value, characteristics, ownership, tax, title/lien and listing information) from third-party data providers and store a snapshot with your account.

Photos and renders. Room photos you capture and the AI-redesigned images generated from them, plus any videos you attach.

Usage. Basic device and usage information to operate and improve the app.

How we use it

To provide the service — store your buyers and properties, auto-fill home data, generate room redesigns, process your subscription and credits, and send you and (at your direction) your clients showing summaries. We do not sell your data or your buyers’ data.

Service providers

We share data only as needed with vendors that run the service: hosting and database (Supabase), property data (PropertyReach), AI image generation (fal.ai), video hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), and email/SMS delivery. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

AI-generated images

Room “reimagine” results are AI-generated and illustrative only. They are concept visualizations, not representations of a home’s actual or future condition, and should never be presented to a client as the real property.

Accuracy of property data

Property information comes from third-party sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. It is provided for convenience and must be independently verified before you rely on it or advise a client.

Data retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active and delete or archive it on request. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices & California rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data by contacting us. California residents may request the categories and specifics of personal information we hold and ask us to delete it, subject to legal exceptions. We do not sell personal information.
